The site is intentionally concise. Impareggiabile engages exclusively with a select group of international law firms and operates at full capacity. As we are not seeking new clients, the site exists for a practical rather than promotional purpose.
The mini-site serves as:
- A reference point for the Claymore platform, enabling those involved in its development to follow progress and key milestones.
- A record of acknowledgement, allowing Gerry to recognise those who have shaped his career, perspective, and discipline.
2. The information around Claymore is limited? Is the platform trade-marked?
Claymore will be used exclusively by Impareggiabile through to H2 2027 as part of a structured operational evaluation. Its name may change thereafter.
As the platform is not currently intended for public release, information remains limited and no trademark registration has been pursued. That position remains under review.
3. Does the introduction of the Claymore project affect Impareggiabile’s original five-year plan?
No.
Claymore emerged from a strategic opportunity and is delivered by an established engineering team with whom Gerry has collaborated extensively. With Version 1.0 now operational, ongoing development is fully ring-fenced.
The project does not affect day-to-day operations at Impareggiabile, nor does it alter the strategic timeline defined at inception.
4. The website doesn’t feature a telephone contact?
A public telephone line is not required. All partners, suppliers, and associates already hold direct contact details through established communication channels.
5. Do you accept instructions from firms with whom you have not previously engaged?
No.
Impareggiabile undertakes engagements only where an established professional relationship exists. This ensures trust, discretion, and continuity of understanding.
6. The site features a goat across both the hero image, and video posters?
The Ibex.
